RED RIBBON CLUB
Introduction:
The Red Ribbon Club (RRC) is a voluntary on-campus intervention program for young people in institutions of higher learning, aimed at promoting awareness and education about HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, and other risky behaviors.
Vision:
"To create a global network of young people who are empowered to take control of their health, well-being, and future."
Mission:
"To educate, support, and empower young people to make informed decisions about their health, free from stigma, shame, and fear."
Objectives:
- To raise awareness about HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, and other risky behaviors among young people.
- To provide education and resources for healthy living and decision-making.
- To promote a supportive and inclusive environment for young people to share their experiences and concerns.
- To encourage young people to take leadership roles in promoting health and well-being in their communities.
- To collaborate with local organizations and health services to provide access to testing, counseling, and treatment.
